Booking Policy
To ensure a smooth experience, please review our booking policies:
- Bookings can be made up to 180 days in advance or a minimum of 3 hours before the trip begins.
- Reservations are accepted via our website, mobile app, or by calling us at +91-9714439889.
- A booking advance is mandatory to confirm the trip. The amount will vary depending on the estimated trip cost and will be adjusted in your final bill.
- Car allocation is done at least 8 hours prior to the journey (or 2 hours for outstation local rides).
- Confirmation and driver details will be shared via SMS and/or WhatsApp.
- Carrying a copy of your booking voucher or confirmation message is required at pickup.
Note:
- If there's a vehicle breakdown or an accident before the trip, we'll either arrange a replacement vehicle or process a full refund of your advance.
- Sai Travels holds no liability for any indirect or consequential losses during the trip.
- If a customer fails to show up or doesn't inform us of any change, the advance paid will be forfeited.
- If the advance paid is below ₹500, additional compensation may be requested for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
- If the driver fails to arrive, we will arrange an alternate vehicle or issue a full refund of the advance.
Modification Policy
We understand plans change. Here's how you can modify your booking:
- Date changes (pre-pone/postpone) are allowed free of charge up to 24 hours before the original pickup time, subject to vehicle availability.
- Modifications must be requested via phone call or WhatsApp.
- Post-trip-start modifications are at the discretion of Sai Travels and may incur additional charges.
Payment Policy
- After paying the advance, the remaining balance is to be paid directly to the driver in cash only.
- The driver is not obligated to accept card payments or cheques.
- If the final trip cost is less than the advance, we will refund the balance within 5–7 business days after confirming with the driver.
Cancellation Policy
1. Hatchback, Sedan & SUV:
- > 24 hours before pickup: 75% refund
- 12–24 hours before pickup: 60% refund
- 6–12 hours before pickup: 50% refund
- < 6 hours before pickup: No refund
- If cancelled by us: 100% refund
2. Luxury Cars:
- > 30 days before pickup: 100% refund
- 10–30 days before pickup: 70% refund
- 7–10 days before pickup: 50% refund
- < 7 days before pickup: No refund
- If cancelled by us: 100% refund
3. Tempo Travellers & Buses:
- > 20 days before pickup: 100% refund
- 10–20 days before pickup: 70% refund
- 4–10 days before pickup: 50% refund
- < 4 days before pickup: No refund
- If cancelled by us: 100% refund
4. Tour Packages:
- > 30 days before tour date: 100% refund
- 10–30 days before tour date: 70% refund
- 7–10 days before tour date: 50% refund
- < 7 days before tour date: No refund
- If cancelled by us: 100% refund
Refund Process
- All refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days of trip completion or cancellation.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during booking.
- Requests made via WhatsApp or SMS will not be considered valid. Please email or call for refund inquiries.
